Retail Assessment – conducted a multi-faceted, retail site assessment process for all new franchise dealers for a multi-national fuel/convenience retailer.  Our USA-based, global retailer client gained invaluable insights into a new dealer’s performance through our ‘3rd party, objective’ evaluation process.  Positive changes resulted included: an improved new dealer training curriculum; enhanced Territory Manager retailer responsibilities; increase emphasis on Environmental, Safety & Health procedures and additional Food Safety on-site training.

USA Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessment for leading New Era Marketer – conducted a comprehensive study of multiple format fuel/convenience sites for a top tier USA regional fuel/convenience retailer with a focus on ‘sustainability initiatives’ that would yield proper ROI for both existing and new sites.  tmg’s LEED-accredited professional, senior consultant demonstrated ‘gaps vs. best practice’; prioritized the highest value gap closure solutions; recommended best-in-class vendors; as well as tax saving opportunities.  Ultimately, many of the ‘top 15’ recommendations were adapted by the retailer for new and/or existing facilities.
