Bill has over 30 years of experience, domestically and internationally, in four key areas--retail operations, marketing, foodservice, and organizational development––and boasts extensive experience in the QSR, convenience, and petroleum market sectors. Bill’s prior roles have included various operational and marketing positions with Mobil, as well as at Dunkin‘ Donuts, where he spent over 11 years at the director level in both operations and new store development. Over the course of his career, he has been on the leading edge on the merging of the foodservice, convenience and petroleum sectors.
Bill lived in Sweden for 6 years, where he served as managing director of JFM International. He was executive consultant to Shell Oil in the development of their Select concept for their retail network. He also launched the first international development program for Blimpie sandwich shops, which included the re-engineering of the company’s business practices. In addition, Bill has lived in Ireland and Japan, working on other international accounts such as Statoil, Mobil Asia, Petro-Canada and PetroChina. Throughout his career, Bill has also built and managed a chain of 33 stores.
